Inchaquire Bridge.

Again, you need to park carefully as this bridge is across the R448 – and can be quite busy. Travelling towards Crookstown Service Station the best parking is on the left hand side.

CIMG2416 — Start of Beat 3 is on the main road (A448) and so you need to be careful getting in and out of your car.

PA095903 — On the R448 facing towards Crookstown Service Station and looking across the road. You can pull in to park here. There is a farm gate – so don’t block it!

And along here there is parking space. I sometime will put a note in the windscreen so that local people know that I am fishing.

PA095894 — You can park in here or along behind the sign.

PA095895 — It is an easier park on teh left hand side of the road travelling towards Crookstown Service Station.

PA095896 — Parking along the verge.

PA095897 — Easier walk down the right hand bank.

PA095898 — Facing away from Crookstown – narrow verges making difficult parking. Note both the armco barriar as well as the bridge. There is a drop off the bridge – don’t try and jump it.

PA095899 — Not easy to get down from the road to the river.

PA095900 — Road kill!

PA095901 — Downstream from the bridge – not deep and very wade-able.

PA095902 — Looking off the bridge. Bit of a pool.

PA095904 — Looking back along the R448 towards Crookstown Service Station and downstream from the bridge.
